Re: Toyota Landcruiser Trayback
This build reminds me of the old movie serial days when you had to wait until the next week to see the hero escape and get back in the action. I just love watching each episode of the Toyota Landcruiser unfold.

Re: Toyota Landcruiser Trayback
Shoey this thing is getting better every time I see it and amn U have to place this on the market with a copyright and make a bit of money (although breaching Toyota's copyright on the 75 might place U in a predicament hey) but hey make inquiries, damit I'd buy one of ya, this model is bloody awesome.

These wheels yell Landcruiser, they are modified Land rover rims now with 6 studs and diff locks.
rear suspension is just a mock up for photo. will build a propper one later.
also got some guttering and vents done.

Re: Toyota Landcruiser Trayback
Your skills are just ridiculous. I'm sure, like me, other people want to try what you do, but I know for me, I'm a long way from attempting this. Not a fan of 4wd's etc but your workmanship on this is out of this world good. Looking forward to your next update, so please don't keep us waiting too long.

Re: Toyota Landcruiser Trayback
I'm a little dissapointed myself. I feel there could be a bit more detail around the vent areas
and I can't see what station you have the radio tuned too.
Are you kidding me, that is insane

Re: Toyota Landcruiser Trayback
As long as you leave room for a 10 gallon hat in the cabin.. Gotta wear that when you drive you know. You just can't be too sure about those nasty uv rays.. lol. Oh and you missed a big hump in the middle of the dash shoey. tsk tsk. Lift your game champ.. lol

Re: Toyota Landcruiser Trayback
O M F G !
That's it, i quit. Shoey has obviously cornered the market on scratchbuilding skills.
I think the odometer should read about 700,000 Km's
That is fantastic work.
Getting the body shape so perfect was great but i think the work in this is even better due to the size.

Re: Toyota Landcruiser Trayback
I refuse to believe.
Obviously Shoey has his garage floor done out in green squares and has hit a 'cruiser with white paint...
BTW, was flicking through a 2001 issue of Street Machine (as you do) and found pics of a load of Shoeys builds at a car show.
What happened to the build of the Sony Xplod delivery Shoey? That was one of yours wasn't it?
There's a pic of Daryl MacBeth holding it & grinning.

Can't remember. It's not yet been dismembered (I remove any interesting pages and recycle the rest - saves space) so I can have a look tonight (i'll try not to forget).
