Cofee table

This is a diorama sunk into a coffee table that I started when Adam used to play half back for jerusalum . Yeah ! Its been ongoing for that long . I have so much stuff for this dio and it will go in soon enough .More pix as it goes along .

That will be the engine room




As you can see , its almost there ! Maybe another 10 yrs !

IT really is a brilliant idea.
Maybe I can convince Mrs z that we should have something similar in the middle of the dining table...

Can you show us a pic of the whole coffee table as well to get an idea of proportion, etc?

BTW it is quite brilliant - maybe a saleable item?

Thats for the thought guys , As I go along I will update the thread ,just so you know , the coffee table is about 3 ft x 5ft and has a 6 in border were the dio is sunken in about 8 in . Pix to follow

haha lol awesome idea beats my train set layout hands down might pull it back to base board and do a huge custom shop instead
