The Last diorama of 2009.
The idea of this scenery came when i was building this 32. After the 32, i start to scratch the dio.

Thats cool!! I especially like the grill of the 32. Is that a photoetch grill??? Just a bit of constructive criticism, maybe fill in the side of the dio base and paint black for those side on photos??? That will hide that packing.

How original is this? Great diorama and it tells a story like a good diorama should. Of course here in Oz (Melbourne) we aren't allowed to wash our cars at home because of water restrictions, so it's nice to look at your pics and remember the good old days.

Speak for you city slickers Tezza, us people who live in gods country can wash our cars at home and get to work which is 15km's away in under 10 minutes!(A traffic jams, 3 cars at a give way!) And you think us country folk are slow! There's a lot to be said for the country life style.

I couldn't agree more with you Rob. And I have never thought country folks are slow - just smart! My visits to real country towns have always been pleasant and relaxed, especially if there's a model show there. Very Happy BTW I have adjusted my post to more accurately reflect the true nature of the water restrictions.

Cheers,
