Just Killin time

Post by baZOOKa on Fri 06 Jan 2012, 6:02 pm

Not able to work on models at the moment so playing with something else on the bench. I hate trying to take pics without a proper background but I dont have room for a proper dio.

Then I thought ...why not a fold down ...1 sheet of random grey stone for the floor...1 and a half sheets of red brick for the walls ...some corrugated card for the 'roller door' and some evergreen for the door frame. All folds down flat and goes up easy with some sticky tape to hold it. Just need to work on the little gaps (Maybe just use dark tape ) and a finishing coat of paint for the frame and hey presto.

Oh well it killed some time hehehe!

Only staying here for another 2 or 3 days so no point getting set up. Next stop will be for a week so (Weather permitting) I can get something happening. Wanna get the 59 finished plus the Fugly Bug (ALUMA-T).

Nice backdrop - probably more interesting than plain old white, but it needs to be kept simple IMO. Looking good!

Hey that's real neat. I really like that idea. Should look real sweet with that '59 parked on it!
