I had major ghosting issues with the bonnet - the "cut here" lines on the inside kept showing up through the paint.
And then the clear cracked as the "Acrylic" paint I used thurned out to be enamel if you read the small print.
So maybe this kit is cursed?

Engine looks good. Chrome rocker covers so it's a race Hemi...

Yep watching this too, I've got one of these mid re-build. This might spur me on to finish it.
It is a nicely detailed kit and I don't remember too many issues with this kit, except what Fred mentioned and I just went for the cut.
What are the plans on this one, colour, wheels etc??

Looking good, not a fan of the T/A scoop though, got a spare 69 6 pack hood if ya want it. Got a bunch of these kits, got to go through them all & fix the rear wheel housings, the shape on the AMT kits are "off", Johan got it right. Missing Link does excellent tail lights & a base interior for this kit.

Nice work so far, the caryrooters on that Hemi look kinda 'interesting'.

I have one of these kits and the Revellogram '70 model, which is my favourite Muscle car, was planning on building the R kit with the A kit hemi drivetrain, so I'll be keepin an eye out here to learn all the tricks & trubbles.

so far the only real problem has been me! the detail is good and the kit goes together well those carbs and manifold are an option included in the kit but wont fit under the bonnet, the only fault i can pick so far is that the pre grooved bonnet cutout is large but needs to be widened to fit these carbs also it doesnt have any kinda scoop to hide them wich means u will have a very large ( i rekon ugly ) square hole in the bonnet if u go with these options.

Those carbies are meant to be Carter AFBs.
I can't remember what I did on mine to get them to fit under the lid.
I'll have a look. Hang on.
Ahh, there you go. Low rise dual quad manifold with stock air filter.

Not really much help is it?
