Thanks, the paintwork was very time consuming. Its my first paint job with multiple colors and the (tooth) decals broke in pieces soon they touched the water but I was able to use them in pieces.

Too bad the effect on the shield is almost gone since the clear coat is on, but I'm happy with the result Very Happy

Nice job. My youngest bloke did the same truck and his decals did the same thing. Salvaged what we could and painted the teeth. Yours is a treat.

Thanks Deaf as!
Luckily I was able to use the pieces, there are some tiny edges where the pieces touch each other but I was able to fill this with paint.
Otherwise I probably tried making new decals because my brush skills are horrible mybad

I must say the quality off this kit is terrible compared to the Lindberg monstertruck I did, this one has sinkholes in every visible piece and molding edges about everywhere. But the bigger the challenge to create a nice model Very Happy

And some more progress, driver compartment ready and the front axle is on.

Test fit for the body.

Dryfit of the first wheel, I still had doubts but now I'm sure and I'm going to do the other wheels the same.

Now first some putty and paintwork before I can proceed with the chassis Rolling Eyes

Hey Dinky, we thought about getting new decals but my computer skills are rubbish, we stayed with the kit ones. Now that I know about this forum, someone here probably could have helped. I agree, it isn't a great kit but yours shows no sign of it - Great work !!

That is a super slick build mate, great job on the paint, and i've found, those bars never seem to go where they should, as easy as they should either.

Thanks guys Surprised
Scoop is filled, painted and placed, after that I could finally add the rear part of the roll cage. Without that I couldn't install the rear shocks and the rear axle.

And another dry fit Laughing
