I know Carps - controversial!
Thanks to all the guys and gals who came and made the show a success it always is.   Another good day had by all with some fantastic craftsmanship on display. Entries were down a tad, but we can put it down to the absence of Bryce and Carps  Laughing
I didn't get a chance to get many photos during the day, so hoping others who did might be able to throw a few up.
Next years theme is "TopGear Challenges".   Will Fred reclaim the title, or will Alan hold out for 2 in a row....

I was fairly beat by Alan's awesome Antonov diorama which to be honest had a lot more to do with Eurovision than my effort which to be honest was idea first, justification second.
Maybe I should have gone with the Trabant as mirrorball concept...

Now then, Top Gear Challenges.  Where can I get a 1/24 FJ40 Landcruiser...

i'd say it's 1/16 Allan with a serious amount of kit bashing done.

Looks like plenty of action still going on, I had better get started on something for next year.

Did you say the theme was Top Gear Projects?

Top Gear Challenges.
But Tim & Allan have said it must be an actual car they built/used.  Which puts an end to my wilder flights of fantasy...

That SAR is a great looking model but gees that A9X is even better.

Lots of talent involved there.
