Always loved the look of this car.

What scale is your model? I know they also came out in a large scale as well.

Is the challenge in the fit of the parts? There certainly seems to be quite a lot of detail to work with. Nice job! I'm looking forward to seeing more...

the parts look very fiddily and no where near strong enough, i have had problems keeping the assemblies glued together, they seem to fall apart very easily however once the assembly is complete its surprisingly strong, so far no major dramas just frustrating reassembling things, the rear axle has been attached 4 times, but untill the body and chassis are combined it remains a very tenous attachment.

I started one of these kits about 25 years ago. Never finished it thou, and sold it about half built. You're doing a great job on this quite fiddly kit!

having got this far i began to assemble the front panels only to find that i have somehow missinterpreted an earlier diagram in the instructions ( should have thrown them away but the kit is so complicated i needed them! ) this has resulted in the mudgaurds sitting about 10mm too high, some dissasembly was done and refit attempted this only brought the gaurds down to 5mm too high and means that repainting is now required ( this will be difficult considering how much is now assembled) after getting the left side to sit right i attempted the right but nothing i could do would get the gaurd to sit flush along the side of the body unless i moved the front end/engine/radiator assembly however this would then result in missalignment of the left side.....after much thought i decided to make some minor adjustments using a solid object and great force, this was somewhat succesfull as i no longer need to adjust anything, the rear tyre thingy on the boot fitted very well through the windscreen as it exited the vehicle and the location of many parts is now a mystery, although some have appeared in some very unexpected locations! the remainder of the parts are now resting in pieces in my spares box. DO NOT BUY THIS KIT its a waste of your time and money, i now understand why i have only seen one completed on this forum and that was done as a rusting wreck.
