Early Effie - update

Post by baZOOKa on Fri 16 May 2014, 11:42 am

Whilst I wait for the snail mail man to deliver some bits for the 57 El CaDeano I thought I would get started on my F100 tray back. It will not have the well body on the back but either a standard tray or I might make it a tipper ...dunno yet have not got to that part of the build yet. LOVE this color and it will have a clear pearl over the top.

Engine was supposed to be a fool injected but I swapped that out for a set of triples - still a bit to do but almost there.

And the dash - the decal for the instruments is printed upside down. It will only fit it one way ... weird!

Anyway back to it. The idea of a multi tipper (up and down and also side tipper is floating my boat at the moment .. meh lets see what happens after a few beers hehehe

Thanks for looking

Good to see you at it mate, yes, it is a nice color, what is it technically? Be careful, after a few beers i usually cut off more than i can chew, thats where all this custom stuff comes from.  Laughing
Keep at it mate, will be watching.

Looking real good there Dean, would look great with a nice little timber flat tray with maybe a couple of rolled guards for the wheels to snuggle up in, that way you can drop it nice and LOW!

Love the triple carbs.
Is there any hobby shops that sell parts like that on their own? I'd like to use a set of triple carbs and intake on a big block chevy engine.
