Just pasting the url into the body of the reply should work.
Not sure why it wouldn't.

More importantly, why is a bloke from Queens building a 1/10 Dinky Di Aussie Pano?

Ha!   It worked...! For some reason, if I'm doing a regular post it doesn't work, but if I do a reply, it does..!

Hey thanks man! Lol!

Well the link will explain why I'm building it...lol! Short story, I'm originally from Trinidad in the Caribbean, where I used to own a Holden Kingswood SL !  Loved that car man! Always wanted a station wagon though...then I found out about the overlanders, so wanted to build a scale 4x4 of one. Saw pics of the panel van and fell in love all over again...lol!  Actually I'm building it off pics as I gave never seen the panel van in person....Crying or Very sad

Really love this build having owned quite a few Holden vans over the years. Had a scan through the thread on the rc page.

The main thing I can pick is the tail lights are too angled mate, I can send you a pic of what I mean if you'd like. The lower section runs close to vertical.

Also if you need any measurements, there's 3 or 4 vans here at my place. Wink

Cheers Rob

Hey thanks Rob! Yeah I get what you mean about the tail lights....most of the pics that I found with that section of the body were being worked on , so never really got an accurate pic of it...lol! Some pics of that area will be great if you have the time!

I was just about to start building the dashboard , but proper pics aren't readily available, so a lot of it is guesswork based on what pics I find on the internet and what I can remember from my kingswood 15 years ago...lol! So if you can get some pics of the dash that I can work with that will be super! Views that will show the overall shape of the dash...
Thanks again...!

I'm guessing Holdens would have been exported to Trinidad because being a former english colony you drove on the correct (left) side of the road and so needed RH Drive cars?

Not only does Rob have 6 or 7 Holden panel vans hidden around his home but you won't find many more knowledgeable people on the subject.
