Put some paint on the chassie today and also made a mock-up of the body to see what it'll look like with spoiler, skyports and marker-lights:

New handles for the drawers and door under the "bed-compartment"

Spoilern from Tamiya Nissan Leopard or similar nippon-junk.

Had to adjust the bumper to work with the spoiler:

I had to remove the spoiler. Maybe I'll scratchbuild something instead...

Looks a bit small, maybe a bigger one or blend the bumper bar and spoiler together.

The reason I had to ditch the spoiler was because it was to BIG!!! When I put the car on wheels, the frontrunners were hanging in the air while the spoiler hit the ground.

So, if I decide on scratching something, it has to be a very thin "lip", hardly noticeable.

Is the red dome for the inner panel or is it a bubble window?

It's a "bubble" window for the roof. Will be sitting over the rear portion of the roof. It's the kind you often see on camping trailers and motorhomes.

My original plan was to do it semi flat black with a red stripe, like the A-tean van. But, to be honest...deciding on colour really is a nightmare when it comes to this one! And, since it's molded in red plastic it'll be quite tricky to get a good result if I choose a light colour, like white or grey. So, we'll see what happens... might stick to my first plan and simply do it in black!

Cheers!
