3 POPCORNS !!!!!! Good thing they don't have a beer imojithing, they would be lined up full width of the screen.... Rolling Eyes

Thought it might get your attention, but not going any where near as radical as your build mate, just subtle, and slightly radical... Smile

I wouldn't suggest you do silly themes like I do,  it's starting to bore people.
I'm like Allan, I've got one of these too, so I'm keen to see what DeeCee magic you apply to this one.

Now where's that beer emojithingie ... 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

I don't know about boring people mate, your build is awesome i reckon, i look forward to every installment..

Well, the first job, lose the altitude, and gain some attitude... also make some room for wheels.

I cut the wheel tubs out and moved them inboard  about the width of where the blade is, and upwards.

Back on.

Thanks men, slow progress, but i have got a few bits done, and more pulled apart too..

The rear end is tidied up.

Then i notched the front end into the chassis a bit.

Then, i didn't want the front scoops on the top of the guards so i filled the holes.

Not happy where the rear wing sits either, so i have moved it back.

And as i am running a hemi, which is wider, i have had to remove the battery and plate it.

And got something worked out for the engine..
Using one of the best set of resin Hemi Covers i have ever had.

Thanks guys, Allan, the blue will be gone!!   Tim and Steve, the motor , i wanted something different to what i have already done before, so i just came up with something... Wink

Well, after a day of motor racing and modeling, i designed and fabricated a rear end for it,
as i did not want the leaf spring rear end.

Thanks guys, TJ, we don't need to do much to make a Mopar special, but sometimes, we JUST DO..!!
( I think , of all modelers, YOU understand)..  Very Happy   Rolling Eyes

For some reason, i thought headlights would look better than that race nose, but i want to keep it as a Superbird,
so out with the scalpel... AGAIN....  Shocked

Added the torsion bars too,

Also repainted the inlet black.

Thanks guys, Bruce, i found if i don't do all the mods, i pop them out in about 1 - 2 weeks, which becomes expensive...

Speaking of mods, here are a few more..
Channeling the chassis by taking a slice out of the interior.

Also molding the nose to the body.
