Mad Max

Post by Morrie on Mon 29 May 2017, 9:52 pm

I built this for a build off on Facebook, inspired by Mad Max's camel wagon in Mad Max 3.

I used a Pontiac Catalina chassis and floor pan I had sitting around with suspension from a Revell Donks kit, the rest is scratch built with a few bits and pieces from leftover parts from random kits.

Was a really fun build, especially making it look like it has been getting bashed around the desert for years.

I have gone through the pics 4 times now, and every time i see even more details that i missed the first time.
The level of detailing is just insane Morrie, and love the weathering job too, just off the charts mate. bowdown

First glance I thought you had posted one of the inspirational photos then realized it was the actual model. Great work.
