the generals wip

Post by doorslammerfan on Thu 01 Jun 2017, 7:52 pm

1st I cut the body to add a wedge

wedge  glued in and 1st bog layer sanded

widened the hips to clear the huge Hoosiers and sliced the rear pillars and cut 4 mm out of the front pillars

next to its former identical twin

reshaped and added lips to the guards

bit of a mockup

Mate..............................words simply cannot say what you have created here. How much time went into just making the chassis, let alone all the wiring & other fiddly little bits & pieces ??? You made the pedals, & butterflies operate, & you made your own battery clamps  bowdown  This is not simply a model car, it is a piece of art.

All I can say is :-
